I had never shipped a car before, and Kimberly at Auto Shipping Group Inc. (ASG) did an amazing job of making the process easy, comfortable, and virtually stress-free. Kimberly was friendly, knowledgable, and remarkably easy to contact whenever I had any questions. On more than one occasion, she took time outside of her regular work schedule to speak with me to make it as convenient as possible.

Before I had even decided to go with AGS, Kimberly took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and explain how various aspects of this industry work. Although I had contacted numerous transportation companies, Kimberly at ASG was the only one who truly accommodated my schedule, and at no point during the process did she try to pressure or rush me into any decisions.

ASG's quote was more-or-less in line with the rest of the estimates that I received, and Kimberly offered to do some additional research to see if she could get me an exact figure before I committed to anything. Due to how soon I needed the car to be picked up and shipped, I expected the actual figure might end up being slightly more than the initial estimate that I was quoted, and Kimberly did an excellent job of properly setting my expectations, informing me that there was a possibility that this might end up being the case.

When she contacted me later that day and told me that ASG's initial estimate was actually slightly high, and that the exact figure was actually going to actually be less than anticipated, I was blown away by the honesty and integrity of Kimberly and ASG. They could have easily quoted me the same rate, or even higher one, and I would have assumed that was just the price of having it done on such a timeline, but ASG is an honest company that does right by their customers. They charged me the FAIR price for transporting my car - not just what they thought I would be willing to pay.

Between Kimberly's excellent level of customer service and the honesty and integrity that ASG displayed as a company, the choice was obvious, and I confidently selected them as my transportation provider. I knew that Kimberly was going to be there for me if I had any questions, and this peace of mind went a very long way towards making the entire process comfortable and worry-free on my end.

The level of customer service that Kimberly provided was THE deciding factor behind my decision to go with AGS, and I would highly recommend ASG to anyone that is thinking about having their vehicle shipped.
