Felicia Williams was very helpful and very prompt about making sure I was taken care of. She never left my side, was there virtually throughout the process, checking in regularly making sure I was comfortable. When my vehicle arrived Felicia Williams made sure to contact me and verify that all was in order. I appreciate Felicia's promptness throughout the transportation process. I will return to auto shipping group in the future, hopefully get Felicia Williams again as my rep.
