Can I give a 12 Star rating?? This was an absolutely fabulous customer experience and outstanding customer service. At mid-morning on Saturday, they found a local transporter and delivered car that day. Felicia exceeded my hopes and expectations, totally hit it out of the park!! And this service came from a person that was not scheduled to work that day, but was in the office and took my phone call. I was anxious because my former transporter (note former...never again as ASG is my new shipping company) suddenly could not pick up the car as promised. This was after a week and now would be another 4 days. I needed the car to be delivered, as I had arranged with the pick up contact. I have shipped many vehicles in the past and know the general process. Never did I expect to get the car delivered that same day!! Felicia was patient with me, calming and reassuring throughout the process. Truly she was my angel that day! Yes, it was a local pick up and delivery, but never did I expect that quick response. I really did not want to have to drive a 60 year old car some 60 miles in traffic when I had only driven it about 2 miles prior to purchase. Felicia stayed in contact with me several times to confirm dispatch and assignment to transporter, and followed up to assure delivery and satisfaction.
