*Felicia from Auto Shipping Group, Inc. was awesome! Absolutely reassuring during the whole process. Never having had a car shipped before was a daunting prospect and having dealt with the first few points of contact from other shippers I was getting worried!
*Felicia had a confidence and reassuring quality to her professionalism and demeanor that made my decision easy.
*The price came in thirty dollars under the quote and the driver they lined out was professional and efficient. (1 day early that worked out in my favor). *Communications back to the seller were first rate also, by his description as well, to the point of Felicia and the driver both ensuring the times and places were acceptable and understood.
*The driver had the Subaru Baja in the middle of his truck and managed to move the other three cars on and off in less than 20 minutes.
*There was minimal road wear (dirt) on the car but for a thousand miles it was acceptable (good weather also).
I hope to not have to ship a car again but if I do there is no doubt I will start with Auto Shipping Group, Inc. and hopefully Felicia is there to help.
