Heidi was a pleasure to work with. She kept the lines of communication open for a smooth and stress-free experience. We decided to ship our Son's car home after his graduation from Mizzou, rather than take two days to drive it here. As he was scheduled to fly home the day before the car would be picked up, Heidi helped us to figure out the best way to do that in his absence. She was always friendly and easy to reach by phone or text and we never had to guess what was going on. Johnny at Xcelerator shipping was also very friendly and professional. Many thanks to you both!
