The communication with Kimberly was very good. Setting up for my pick-up was easy and quick. The pick-up came on the date is was supposed to and delivery was a few days after I requested but successful.

Sorry that the date was a little late. You said no delivery before the 5th and today is the 8th and it has been delivered, so not quite sure how much closer I could have gotten.
