It is always difficult coordinating this process however, Brenda kept in touch with me constantly and made the process so easy. I will never use another service and I do this on a regular basis. I live in a very awkward place for both pickup and drop off. Roman did a fabulous job of keeping in touch with me and was so nice to work with. I totally trusted him. As I am disabled, it adds another dimension to the mix. It is important to me to have trust and be confident in the people I work with. Brenda and I have ties through the University I worked for and have developed a real friendship. We plan to see each other this summer. She is welcome in my home at any time and I look forward to getting to know her better. It is a load off of my mind to find a company I can regularly work with.
