When my son went to college in CA, we wanted to ship out a car. I started researching and found the process very confusing, and got frustrated that I could not get a strait answer on cost or time frame. Then I called Lance Staab at the Auto Shipping Group. Lance did not come off like he was just selling, he took the time and completely explained the process, how it worked, and cost and schedule. He was detailed,specific and helpful, and I finally felt comfortable with the mystery and stress gone. But I was even happier, as Lance showed himself proactive and available and stayed with and updated me throughout the process. He was my go to from arrange to successful delivery, which was on time and at agreed to cost. So when my son graduated this year, I called Lance immediately. Everything was arranged in one call and service and results were again, as committed, without mystery, and of high quality. I would not go to anyone else and strongly recommend Lance.
