This was my first time shipping a car and I had a great experience with this company. I was most impressed with the communication. I was kept up-to-date throughout the entire process. I was also impressed with the flexibility. There was a huge time window for when I could have them drop my car off and when I could meet them to pick it up. My pickup/delivery was delayed by 1 day, but that didn't feel like a big deal to me as I knew about it with plenty of time to plan. There was no damage to my car whatsoever.
