Overall, the process was relatively painless. Felicia answered all my questions promptly and kept me well informed throughout the entirety of the process. My car arrived (shipped by NAO auto) without issue other than a layer of dirt and road grime, which was expected with the open carrier transport. All things considered, it was probably one of the easier parts of my move across the country.
