Heidi has been incredibly professional, personable, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions/clarify any confusion I may have had during the vehicle pickup/delivery period. She was also very prompt and good about responding to my texts/calls right away. I have been beyond pleased with her customer service and diligence in helping me transport my vehicle to another state. Overall, it has been an excellent first-time experience, and I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group, Inc., again for my future vehicle shipping needs as well as recommend this company to all friends, family, and people I know.
