Lance would call, text, and email me updates on the progress of my car shipment. My only critique is the driver who dropped my car off in Houston was a day late and did not notify me prior to his arrival. I was at work and got a phone call that he was at my address. I raced home and he was parked on the busy street, not the safest area (there's a Walmart parking lot half a mile away I would have been happy to meet him at). His thick accent was difficult to understand and I felt like he was rushed so he didn't plan out the dropoff well at all. I was trying my best to get home as fast as possible but he was being very temperamental over the phone. Otherwise, I would definitely work with Lance again and will probably contact him again when we move in a few years.
