Kimberly was extremely responsive and helpful. She answered questions thoroughly and gave us a reasonable quote compared to others we got. We originally questioned the quote because we thought there may be some negotiating to do, and Kimberly did give us the option to go lower but told us exactly which rates she was seeing drivers accept now (in other words, what would get the vehicle moved immediately instead of having to wait for a driver to accept our lower bid). We took her advice and accepted the original quote, and the vehicle was moved promptly as promised. She also contacted the driver on our behalf to get an estimated pickup time when my boyfriend and I were unable to be in contact due to work meetings and travel. The pickup was the very next day after we accepted the quote, delivery took just 6 days (the quickest end of the range they gave us), and it all went smoothly. We appreciate the transparency and great customer service!
