WTF this website is retarded, it jsut deleted my whole review. Why won't this stupid website work for smartphone? now the shipping company service was good, contact person was felicia, she gets back to me via text all the time. she was off one day (which is totoally understandable, she can't be working all the time), but I tried to call the company phone line and could't get hold of anybody. so Felicia I can vouche for, the other company/agents I can't. overall things went smooth and i will use them next time. I did not receive any incentive to do this review, however was texted, emailed and called to leave a review. a lot of bad company out there, read all the reviews before you book. Give them a call to get a quote, it's not gonna hurt. Boy this website is a designed soo poorly, i will use the shipping service again, but please don't ask me to come back and write a review...
