I only had to deal with one end of the shipping but I was notified when the car was picked up by the truck company and the shipping company. Brenda explained what I could expect to my mom who was helping with the incoming calls as I was at work. I appreciate the driver working with me on delivery and the followup call after my car was delivered. I don't think I will ever ship a car but if I do I will call this company.
