Felecia was great, she was very responsive and attended to our needs immediately and put the order out within a few minutes of gathering the details. Within 45 minutes we had a confirmed order pickup and they arrived within an hour or two of the expected time frame. Delivery from the transport operator was a little challenging with the language barrier but no issues and we received the car in the expected same exact condition safe and sound. Will be calling Felecia again in December to move the car back up to New York Thanks again for great support and professionalism!
