Stephanie explained to me the process patiently, and help me find the driver that I'm satisfied with within 2 hours!! The time management was great too. I asked if they can pick up my car the next day, Stephanie is able to help me find the driver with the quote price and transport the car next day. They didn't ask you to pay upfront (but they ask for credit information just like when you reserve the hire room), Stephanie worked with me to find the best deal, then they charged me when the carrier pick up the car. Everything was great. Stephanie kept in touch with me until the car is delivered! Thank you!!
