It took a month from the date of first contact for our vehicle to get on the schedule because it was a very busy time to transport a vehicle from the East to the West. There was even a mix up with the East/West coast offices that could have turned this into a very bad shipping experience. The entire time, Brenda was excellent to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She stayed in contact with the shipper to get us more exact pickup/delivery times and promptly returned my many many many messages. I would recommend Brenda and the ASG to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
