Heather was with me every step of the way. The major issues were not with ASG, but with the transport company. They were late picking up my cars, and were 3 days late in dropping them off.
I received nothing but excuses from Ike's transport service on when the cars would be dropped off. On the day I was "guaranteed" delivery (per owner Ike), they could not be reached. I finally received a call back from owner's wife, after I threatened to call the police to report my cars stolen, that they were only 2 miles away from the drop off point. I finally received my cars an hour after this call (it does not take an hour to drive 2 miles). When I asked for a discount since the cars were delivered late, I was told that they get very little for the transport and that I would feel sorry for him. Well I know exactly how much they got, and a discount should have been given to me by Ike's since the issue with dropping off my cars were due to the transport company. Heather at ASG was trying to contact the company as well to find out what was going on, and she was unable to get a hold of them. This situation was out of Heather's and ASG's control, but they stuck by me every step of the way.
I highly recommend ASG, not Ike's transport service.
