Felicia was very helpful at getting a carrier and communicating to me what she was told by carrier
I feel that NW could have let me know that they were not on time the day of promised delivery and also when they called at 8 am and said 2-3 hrs which ended up to be 6 hrs and no call 30 min in advance . I called the trucking co and asked where he might be and got a call back 20 min later saying he was at the delivery destination
