First time user. Had a good experience thanks to Felicia. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining process so I knew what was going on. I am in the military and my vehicle was shipped from overseas to a port hundreds of miles from me location. Unfortunately there was some issues with the drivers getting my vehicle from the port. They were late getting to the port and I had to wait a few day longer to get my vehicle.Felicia was great every issue was handled in a timely manner. Thank you Feclicia.
