Lance was the broker who organized my car shipment. He called a couple times to make sure everything was good to go and to organize the pickup. Yes, my car was picked up late but it wasn’t Lance’s fault. But the driver who was picking up my car kept in contact with me the entire time. Everything went fine. The only thing Lance (and the company) did was set me up with the company that actually transported my car. There were no problems at all.
