Kimberly is an amazing representative. I had to transport my car from Illinois to California, she gave me the lowest quote compared to other companies, followed up with me on the pick up date and gave me an expected delivery time. My car arrived early which worked out for me because I returned my rental earlier. Second my employer has complicated accounting policies for reimbursement, but Kimberly went out of her way to provide the documentation I needed for me to claim my bill from my employer. Definitely recommended. 5 star service.
