Stephanie was wonderful! She emailed us the whole time with updates for the car. I know there were a few days that she may have been off work but she still answered and helped me know what was going on with the car. Anytime I called her or emailed her she got back to me within a few hours. And even though she knew the process, she wasn't too proud to slow down and explain to me what would happen with the car shipping.

I PCSd through the military and this was our second car we were shipping, which wasn't covered for the PCS. My experience with shipping the first car was actually terrible! They didn't explain the process at all but then spoke to me as if they were annoyed that I didn't understand it. Stephanie wasn't like that at all. She was very patient with me in explaining everything so that we understood. Stephanie even texted me when there were updates in the status of the vehicle! I don't know if that is customary, but it was extremely helpful! If other associate's doing practice that, I'd recommend it! I have so many emails I was handling with the PCS that texts were much easier to keep track of.

Recommendation: Only suggestion I have is regarding the company picking up the car. It would help if they were able to speak English well. It was difficult to speak to them over the phone and arrange the pick-up because they didn't speak or understand English well.
