I went through a different carrier before reaching out to Gretchen. I explained to her that I’ve been waiting over a week and being promised by another company that my vehicle was going to be picked up that day. After eight days of being told this I contacted her and the vehicle was picked up within two hours of our phone call. She maintained contact with me as the car traveled across the country and followed up all the way to delivery and post delivery. Very professional organization and staff. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will use in the future.
