Good Day Rachel.
Sorry to hear your frustrated with our company, I know moving can be stressful and people say things out of spite. However according to our conversation that was recorded on my side and just of me, I said estimated not guaranteed. Especially a vehicle that was coming out of Maine. Maine is not a regular route and is harder to have a carrier pick up. I would not say guarantee. I also asked you if you had another pick up point but you said no cause you didn't want to ask anyone to do that. When it comes to pricing routes, this is my normal line I use to potential customers, "The price is determined by the Carriers that do the route, not the brokers giving you the quote." I start out at the lowest possible price they are getting and see what the carriers come back with. Since I have been in the Transport industry I have come to believe that most customers have selective hearing and do not understand the true nuances of having their vehicle shipped. They only hear price and when they can be picked up. I apologize for not returning your call during a portion of looking for a carrier , but unfortunately I was out of town for a significant time frame and a few of my fellow Brokers were handling my customers. If you would have called in and listened to my voicemail you would have spoken with the people I designated to help my customers and you would have be treated professionally and would have been shipped accordingly. It is too bad you talked to Tige who has no clue about what professionalism is and didn't even know I live in Washington and was on vacation. Once again thank you for your time and I apologize for any inconvenience
