After reading a ton of reviews expressing their displeasure with a number of auto shipping companies, I didn't really know what to expect when I contacted Auto Shipping Group. Overall, it was a great experience. The customer service representative, Lance, was extremely helpful and responsive. Even during the weekend. My car was scheduled to be picked up on a Wednesday, but the driver had mechanical issues. He arrived on Thursday, and was parked across the street the following Friday morning when the relative I shipped the car to looked outside his house. I would definitely use them again.
