This was our 1st time shipping a car so of course we had questions. Malia was very nice but was hard to get in contact with and when she did her computer was always down. Hiedi started the order since we could not get in contact with Malia. Malia told us the total would be 756.00, 200.00 on your credit card and when the car was deliver we had to pay driver 556.00. Well they took 206.00 from my credit card so we paid a total of 762.00 and not 756.00 as quoted. I know $6.00 is not a lot but it's the principle of what they told you.

Mark........We are all about customer service here at ASG and I am happy that Heidi was able to step in and take my place while my computer was being serviced. We were totally unaware there was a problem with the $206 charge to your credit card as Heidi did go over it with you and you did accept and agreed to the total cost for the transport.
