Worked with STEPHANIE Hamilton 360-214-3678 and mostly pleased with service. Took them a little longer than promised to come up with shipper. The cart was picked and delivered as promised. Driver did not provide bill of laden . The original price quoted was not honored once shipper was located the shipper wanted more money and we agreed to the price increase. Be aware that broker may not hold to price quoted, based on carrier. STEPHANIE was responsive and answered my questions.
