I"m sorry that texting was not your referred method, but I did ask you as I do every customer and you said you preferred it. If you changed your mind you should've told me. I am sorry that I asked a few time about an evaluation about my customer service, but I did also ask you when you placed your order and you said you would leave me one at the end of the experience.
Your order was booked on the 30th of May, and scheduled with a carrier on the 5th of June. Your vehicle was delivered the 12th of June around 1:30. So communication was there as I have it noted every time you were updated.
Unfortunately going open carrier, your vehicle is going to get dirty so that is something that is not uncommon. As for the payment, it is told and also sent to you in the initial terms and conditions, as well as the contract you signed and the separate email I send, that its cash, cashier check or money order. The carriers will accept any forms of those. Yes some carriers do request cash, but they will still accept the other methods, so I'm sorry if they tried to switch it on you. I'm sorry it wasn't the experience you were expecting..
