I called Felicia at Auto Shipping Group about pick up and delivery of an F150 Crew Cab truck. I called Felicia back based on the good information and friendly service she provided when I began my search for shipping the truck. Most of the companies that responded were just looking for a quick decision from me, Felicia on the other hand made sure I had the information I needed to make a good decision. The day I contacted Felicia about arranging the shipment I told her I was on a tight timeline, this was a Wednesday around noon and I told her I'd have to have the truck delivered by the following Tuesday or I'd have to wait until the end of the month. She said let's see what's possible and if she couldn't arrange it we could restart the process later in the month. By 12:30 that same day he had a truck ready to pick it up that sane day for delivery that Friday. On Wednesday afternoon the driver called and said he'd be dropping the car off on Thursday. So, literally within 24 hours of my call to Felicia the truck was in my driveway. I may have had a perfect storm of service but I couldn't be happier with my overall experience with ASG and in particular Felicia.
