This was an on-line arrangement. We needed to get a car from MA to MN for our 20 year old son and did not think a winter drive was a good idea. We had a couple of bids - this company was right in the mix but the customer service set it apart. From the initial paperwork to arranging the pickup and the delivery there was full, effective and responsive communication. The driver was also GREAT and let our son know when/where to expect him and even worked around his schedule. HIGHLY recommend for great service at a fair price.
