Car was delivered safely but Auto Shipping Group was not as communicative as I would have hoped

For the most part, everything with Auto Shipping Group went smoothly. The only thing that was very frustrating was the lack of communication between the broker and myself about the pickup timeline of the car and the dropoff timeline of the car. In my opinion, I would have liked to have greater communication between the representative and myself. Because of this lack of communication, I never knew if the driver was going to pick my car up in an hour or two days from now. This should not be my responsibility to determine.
