Felicia was on top of things through the whole process. She was responsive to my many questions and arranged the shipping with Shepard Auto Transport beautifully. Our car was picked up in sourthern Indiana on Friday afternoon, July 19th and delivered in the afternoon of Monday, July 22nd in perfect condition! It did take a few days after purchase to get the truck arranged, but everything went perfectly after that.
