The representatives at Auto Shipping Group were a delight to work with through setting up what I needed. They were professional, through, and pleasant. The fault lies within the transporters. You don’t know who you are getting. Not that the transporter that I got was horrible, but the experience wasn’t great. The one I got was Nika’s out of Philadelphia. Communication was by text only as they wouldn’t answer the phone and they had the pick up date wrong. When I did receive a phone call I could hardly understand the transporter. Definitely communication barriers as far as English goes and time as well. Commit your entire day to the pick up of your vehicle and delivery. 30 minutes means lost and about 4 hours late. I did get what I paid for though, my two cars to be transported from the east coast to west coast in one piece.
