Kevin, Sorry you felt that this was not a good experience. However, I did mention to the carriers as well as stated it in their work load that your son was active military and cannot go off base before 4pm. As well as I explained to you to also mention at pick up that there is time issues on delivery. The day before delivery I talked to the dispatcher and he assured me driver was able to work with your sons timing. Then I received a call from you stating the driver was behind schedule which was not the case the day before this and they would be there the next morning which then caused issues as far as timing. I also contacted the driver and told them I was not satisfied with the way they had spoke with you and driver said no worries I will work it out with the customer. I then got back to you to say driver is going to be in the area between 12am at the earliest but that was pretty late. Driver then said well I can wait til before he has to start his day with duties and said 4am-5am since he started at 6am. At that point with all the back and forth and trying to work with your sons schedule as well as other clients timing on that same truck I had no choice but to have you two to try and work it out so it wasn't 3 people and getting messy. I do not feel i was non-existent in this case at all. We do our best to ensure all goes well and works out. There are times it may be out of our control if the truck is also working with other timing for clients as he hauls up to 8 other cars and if they sit a whole day that's chances of losing his next load etc. Again, I am sorry you did not have a good experience. Our number one goal here with ASG is to provide every client with great customer service.
