Well I was extremely nervous about this process especially because other competitors were overwhelming my phone lines with calls, text and negativity about how my car wld be doomed if I didn’t go with their company but I’m glad I listened to my inner gut! So first off Adam was very detailed and upfront about the process. He was even nice enough to let me call my mom on 3-way and explain the entire process to her! The smaller company they use to outsource transit to the bigger cars broke down on my scheduled deliver day but the dispatcher called me 15mins before to let me know. I’ll be honest I wasn’t happy bc I had to catch a flight in the next day or so and i couldn’t leave my key with anyone. So I called my rep Adam and he came up with the idea of me dropping my car off directly to the trucks transits lot and they would take more money off my final price. So I did. Which I loved bc I was able to do the walk around with the actual trucking company’s manager and felt more comfortable being able to put a face with a voice or email. My car arrived 2 days earlier in Mo. from California and the driver gave me a 1 hour notice. He truck was too big to fit down a residential street so he asked me to meet him at a Walmart parking lot that was near my house. Met him. Paid the cash and drove off with no harm to the vehicle whatsoever. I’m a new loyal customer and grateful for this experience!! The thing I appreciated the most was how Adam thought OUTSIDE the box instead of use waiting on a mechanic to go fix that other truck that was already delayed. Even the dispatcher said he liked Adams idea bc it made it smoother for all parties involved!
