The coordinator I used was Felicia. She was professional, diligent, and totally pleasant to deal with. A real professional, which I understand is a bit rare in the car transport business. Felecia was especially expert at explaining how the car transport business works. Auto Shipping Group, like all these car transport companies, are essential. Basically the charge you and admin fee of around $215 they take all of the details regarding what you want, and then they put that "job" into a clearing house where individual drivers will bid on the business. The key is that you have absolutely no choice or input into who it is that actually transporting the car. It is very similar to the long-haul moving business. I the people who actually move the car are dishonest, unprofessional, of generally scummy, It won't matter how great a job the broker (in this case, Auto Shipping Group) does in getting your job into the market for independent third parties to bid on, at the end of the day, you will be unhappy with the experience.
