Felicia provided absolutely fantastic customer service. She was prompt in follow up and stayed in communication with me throughout the duration of the shipping process. Vehicle was picked up one day late and arrived one day late, but it was not a major issue. Would definitely recommend using Auto Shipping Group and, specifically, Felicia again.
