Travis was willing to reduce his broker fee to keep my business and the trucker he contracted with to pick up the motorcycle we purchased was very prompt, professional and fast. They were very communicative and let us know exactly when they would be arriving and about any problems that had cropped up. They tied the bike securely and transported the bike in an enclosed trailer. We are very pleased.
