Order #1056035 Beware! Run, don’t walk, elsewhere! Poor experience. Poor coordination. Poor communication. Cannot believe they’re in business. No information/updates were ever pushed to customer. Customer had to pull every (false) update along the way. Broker will claim it’s out of their control and at-fault is the transporter/driver. Well perhaps, but they chose low integrity business partners and/or employees to provide the 360 degree poor service. Auto was picked up Friday the 10th to be delivered Mon the 13th. Mon pushed to Wed. Wed pushed to Thur afternoon. Thur afternoon pushed to Thur evening “around 6pm”. Still no-show, no-call. Fri the 17th 9:14am VM indicating auto is en route and driver will call in a couple of hours. Email at 12:31pm indicating driver en route and has contacted me. Still no contact. Fri 3:00pm I contact driver who indicates 90 minutes to delivery…. Truck arrived at 4:33 in good condition, but driver tried to collect additional $1,000.00 COD even though transport was pre-paid in full.

Leonard not sure why you are bad mouthing us as I did everything in my control to keep you informed of the situation. I have all the emails documented on the order as well as included our dispatcher and admin on the progress of the carrier. Trucks breakdown on occasion. As far as the trucking company leading you on to believe delivery to be Wednesday, then Thursday and finally showing up on Friday was at fault of the carrier. We always run a full back ground check on all our carriers. I do apologize for any inconvenience this my have caused, but am glad you received the truck in great condition.
