Leo was extremely helpful in explaining the process (first time I shipped a car across country), the pricing in comparison and what it covered, and instructions to follow. His customer support exceeded expectation and was each to each both through phone and email. He deserves five starts. My reasoning for four stars is for the transporter/driver I was assigned. It took him an extra day to pick up my vehicle and had to call/text him a couple of times as he didn't provide an accurate ETA. Same thing for delivery of my vehicle. I have to say the vehicle didn't suffer any damage so he did a good job, but as the owner I wished I had better follow-up on the status of my shipment.
