I have no missed calls from you, no voicemails from you during that time.. Your vehicle was picked up on a Monday with projected estimated delivery of Friday/Saturday. On the 17th we were notified by the carrier that delivery would be Monday. We then get a call on Monday from the carrier that someone you sent was at their facility to pick up the vehicle. We had no record of this person on file, so the carrier refused to release to them until you gave us the go ahead, at which time I texted you to get his name. Once you replied with his name they were able to release your vehicle to them. We were NEVER told by you or the carrier that pick up was in PA as the carrier is based right over the border of NJ in NY.. So again we are sorry about this and wish you would have told me sooner.
