Auto Shipping Group was recommended to me by a friend of a friend who had a positive experience with them. I spoke with many different shipping companies but I am so glad I ended up working with ASG. Felicia was the person who handled my order (order #1056096) from beginning to end and she was absolutely AMAZING. She was completely transparent and up front from the start of our conversation. She listened and actually cared about all of my concerns and was readily available to answer any/all questions I had. Felicia kept in touch with me consistently throughout the entire process, there was never a time that I did not know exactly what was going on, and I never had to reach out to her first to get an update. Her customer service is truly unmatched. Since then I have recommended her and ASG to a colleague of mine who has scheduled her vehicle to be picked up tomorrow and arrive by this Friday (5 days)! The process is extremely fast, convenient, and hassle free. I would recommend ASG and Felicia specifically to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable car shipping experience!
