Kim was great! She followed up with me several times to get our vehicle shipped. Once we started the process the car was picked up from Miami within 2 days and delivered to Long Island within 4 days of pick up. We have used this company several times to ship cars back and forth from Miami to NY area and always have been pleased with the service provided.
