Charles, I can understand your frustration. Our company has done everything to reach out to the carrier to assist you in your claim however we have no control over how an insurance company finalizes a damage claim. According to our records the carrier both picked up and delivered on the schedule they provided, and you have never expressed a delay in their travel and I received confirmation directly from you on delivery that they were actually a day early. The next day you received the truck for delivery you notified me of the damage. We emailed you the insurance information (Progressive) along with the policy information. I know that you have already submitted a claim with them and it was in processing. I wish there was more I could help you with but as with anything that entails an individual insurance company (especially one as large as Progressive) it is out of our hands, it is solely in the hands of the insurance provider.
