I was new to the car transport requirements and procedures. Nicole, the broker, was very patient with me explaining all the details. My car was to be transported from Los Angeles to Seattle. After a few days of being on the dispatch board I called Nicole. she explained that the situation was very busy. I finally got a spot which I accepted. Steve drove up on the appointed day and carefully loaded my SUV. My daughter received the car 3 days later in Seattle. Steve was very polite and answered all my daughters questions. The car was in perfect condition from the trip.
