After having an unsuccessful reservation with another company, I was so happy to find Auto Shipping Group and Felicia! She was extremely helpful from the very beginning and was informative and efficient throughout my entire reservation process (Order# 1059708). She always kept me updated and was an amazing bridge between myself and the carrier. Her customer service is impeccable; she is friendly and personable. If I could give Felicia 10 out of 10 stars, I would! I have already recommended this company to my friends, and I hope other prospective customers choose this company as well.
