I was looking for an auto transport company to arrange for my 2004 Honda CR-V to be shipped from San Diego, CA to Spokane, WA. I worked with Felicia Williams. Felicia was wonderful! Great customer service! I was new to shipping a car. After doing research on various transport companies, I contacted Auto Shipping on short notice. Felicia was able to arrange for a driver within three days to pick up my car. She patiently explained to me the procedures involved and answered any questions that I had. Unfortunately, my car broke down the night before we left San Diego and I needed to cancel my order. I contacted Felicia to ask if cancellation of my order was possible. She was very understanding. Since I signed a contract, I was expecting to follow through with the terms of the agreement and pay the contracted amount. I was overjoyed when Felicia said I would not need to pay the amount. Though it did not work this time, I plan to call Auto Shipping again for any future car shipping needs. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity and honor to work with Felicia again!
