I was extremely nervous and hesitant to have my car shipped to Alaska but due to the ongoing travel restrictions I had no choice. After conducting a lot of online research on auto shipping brokers, I was even more nervous. After talking to several brokers all of whom quickly tacked on hundreds of dollars of additional fees above their original quotes, I ended up talking to Kimberly from Auto Shipping Group. Kimberly addressed all my concerns and never tried to tack on any additional fees. Throughout the entire shipping process, Kimberly returned all my phone calls and emails, answered all my questions, kept me informed, and was quick to solve any problem that came up. She even called the overland driver to make sure my convertible was placed in a specific spot on the carrier to protect the vinyl top from damage. Bottom line is that my car was delivered on time, with no damage, at the originally quoted price. If I ever must have another vehicle shipped, I will definitely use Kimberly and ASG again.
